Hi all,

 

Having been a customer for many years I am reminiscent of the “sensitivity” and “quirkiness” of the billing system and adding cards.  Thankfully it has been smooth and trouble free for years - knock on wood! 😁

 

I need to update my CC info - same card but different expiry etc. 

 

I want to confirm the correct/best way to update the CC to minimize any issues. 

Should I go with BILLING → TOP UP → Manage my credit of visa debit card → Replace this credit card ?

Yeah, I think you should choose the option to replace the card, as you still want to keep the pre-authorized payment method.

I did the replace and it updated quickly and ATU seemed to remain in place as well.  The big test will be for the next auto-top up payment in a few weeks. 🤞


Update:  the first auto-top payment after doing the “replace” worked perfectly without any issues.  Hurray!😀
