Wrongly charged - Easy Roam

I was travelling within Canada but near the border and my phone sent me a message welcoming me to the US and charged me the $14 for Easy Roam. How can I have this charge reversed? Thanks.

    For future reference, the following article explains how to adjust your phone settings that should prevent it from happening again. Note, restarting your phone has the potnetial to revert the settings:
