wrong data amount?

Hi! 
I’m currently paying for the $65 plan, which says it should have 15gb of shock free data. However I just got the text that my data is stopped because I used all “5120mb” and my usage in the self-serve portal shows 5/5gb used. Why is it capping me at 5gb if my plan is for 15gb? Am I missing something?

Did you recently signup/change your plan? If so you only get a prorated amount of that data until your billing cycle resets.

 

For example if you changed your plan 2/3rds of the way through your cycle to the 15GB plan, you’d only have 5GB for the remaining 1/3rd of your cycle
