If I pay $15.00 a month for complete care protection why do I have to pay $250 for replacement, when I can upgrade my phone if I pay my tab of $120. And why is it considered an upgrade to get the exact same phone but a different colour, therefore making the cost $400 should I have another accident in the future? And why am I penalized for the "upgrade" because the maufacturer doesn't have my exact phone?

Why pay for the protection plan at all? $180 down the tubes.

For these reasons, I recommend against taking the protection plan as like most insurance, it tries to minimize payout while maximizing revenue. Although you'd also have to pay the tab subsidy off as well as the 120 for tab, so it's not just 120.
