why I do not have New perks options?

As a 10+ year koodo customer, why i do not have the options to choose the new perks (3 day US and international roaming)?

Note that not all plans qualify for all the perks.  New perks may also come and go

It is only available on the current in-market plans. If you would like to choose one of those Perks, have you considered changing your plan? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan

Thanks to all your reply. As a 10 years customer, i totally understand all good plans, perks, phones whatever are for new cusomers. All loyal customers just stay away from good deals. lol

No need to be loyal. Speak with you wallet if you see better deals elsewhere.
