Why did my monthly charge increase without notice?

Been using the $34/mo (30GB 4G) plan for quite a while, and suddenly the plan increased to $41 without any early notice. Is that right?

Login to your self serve and download your past detailed PDF ebills.  On the last page there should be written notice of any bill increases for the following month.

Login to your self serve and download your past detailed PDF ebills.  On the last page there should be written notice of any bill increases for the following month.

    That is correct. You can refer to the section in small print at the bottom of the last page of your previous bill notifying you of the rate increase.
