I have NO tab and NO add-ons.
I simply want to downgrade my plan from my current $35 plan to the $15 starter plan because I use less than 100minutes/ month and never use my data.

If Koodo wont let me downgrade to this $15/month simply because I am not a new customer, that is complete BS!

You are totally allowed to have that plan even if you are an exisiting customer as it is a government mandated plan.

You just need to request a callback from koodo to be able to switch to those plans

I suggest moving over to prepaid if you want the 15 dollar plan. It has international sms vs Canadian for postpaid and you cannot get hit with any overages if there should be a time you go over for any reason.
