Hi,

I would like to get access to vowifi functionality (device sadly not supported, even though this was the sole reason for switching from Public Mobile). How does one go about getting their IMEI whitelisted?

Which phone model are you using? Was it one of the model listed here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling

As well, did you see if you have the volte access add-on in your self-serve?


Like I mentioned, it is not an approved device, which is very disappointing as I am left paying more with zero advantage over my public mobile service. But I would like my imei to be whitelisted and at least give it a go...
