Let me preface this with my anger about the lack of support and transparency generally speaking. I switched ‘plans’ when I got an offer to upgrade my data. But what I wasn’t told was that the list of countries was downgraded from 28 to 27. I cannot even figure out which country they dropped.

While I’m not sure what the old list contained, I know that Nigeria was removed several months ago. You can refer to the latest list of 27 countries so you know what you can call to in the FAQ list of the following link:
As for lack of support and transparency, what lack of support are you referring to? I assume it’s related to not being informed that the list has changed? I’m not sure it’s realistic to outline every single perk or add-on or plan offerings that get changed every single time.

Just to top up on Goran’s reply, Nigeria is the country that was removed from the Long Distance Pack perk. The change was effective as of July 2024 and it was announced via bill message (posted on the PDF bill). The current list of the countries included can be consulted in the link shared by Goran above.
