There 2 versions of the $5 add-on. One is the set number of countries, the second (International Long Distance Saver) gives discount to larger list of countries.  You can see the countries/rates here: Long distance calling

Alternatively, we also  came out with “Pick Your Perk Plans” recently. Now you can actually select the Unlimited Long Distance Pack as part of your plan.  This perk gets you unlimited long distance calling to the U.S., China, Hong Kong, India, UK, Bangladesh, and Mexico from anywhere in Canada.
