Hi.  My plan price went up to $50 from $45.  I don’t use anything like my plan capacity and would like to see cheaper options but they aren’t on self serve and making a change through an agent costs $15.  I feel quite frustrated by this, I feel like it’s a tax on the poor to not permit stepping back on self serve.

When you look at the normal koodo plan page (make sure to log out) is there a particular plan that you are wanting to switch to?

The price isn't going to automatically go up. It doesn't have a 24 month pricing. So it would only go up in the same way your current one is: if Koodo decides to increase the price

You mean the $39 20GB plan?  
If so that plan is only available for new activations or when you upgrade on a tab.

Thanks - the $39 20 gb did look like it was too good and had to be an introductory offer.  

You can still get it, if you are willing to purchase a phone on the tab.
