I’ve switched to Koodo in summer of 2020 for the promotion they have with the LG velvet, and have been paying a consistent $56 every month w/ taxes
I want to lower my phone plan to something cheaper but they don’t seem to have anything under $50.
The help and FAQ pages don’t seem to help either as they don’t have anything to allow me to switch to a cheaper option.

I was hoping to change to a plan in the $30 range, something with less data too as I barely use it.
+4If you already paid off the phone, you could look into the BYOD plans. There are some "starter plan" available. You could look it up on Koodo main page, and select plans. The lowest one with 3G speed data is $35/month from what I saw for BC.
You have to contact Koodo directly to get it changed though. Can't do it via self-serve yourself.
