When I try calling my voicemail it says call failed  or error performing this request Unknown error. It has been this way since June or July. I am frustrated because I have tried using self help chat and I scheduled a call back and no one can seem to help me. I am about to switch providers! Please help.

Hi there @Jody M  Here is a helpful article that should help resolve your issue.

is the message I get when I dial any of those 


Try dialling the code below from your iPhone’s dial pad, then tap the Phone or Call icon. There are no spaces between the symbols and numbers. The voicemail (VM) access number in bold is an example only. You can find your VM access number by looking up your area code and matching it to the VM access number. Refer to @Boa_Guy Koodo’s Voicemail Access Numbers link, above.

Dial *61*2265804001*11*10# - example

Tap the Phone/Call icon; you should see a message similar to:

Setting Activation Succeeded

Voice Call Forwarding

When Unanswered

Dial *#61# from your iPhone’s dial pad. You’re looking at the first five lines of text, verifying that the VM access number is present in the  ‘Forwards to’ field.

Forwards to +12265804001 - example

Enabled

The +1 automatically gets added to the start of the VM Access Number.
