US7PASS Not Working

Hi there, I am unable to add US7PASS to my Koodo account and keep getting this message below. Would someone please be able to assist?

Koodo: You have sent an invalid key word.

 

Koodo: Vous avez envoyé un mot clé invalide.

 

edit: now seeing that others are having the same issues. @koodo would you happen to have any troubleshooting ideas?

We can definitely help with the travel pass, however, we would need you to log out from your community accountand log back in using the “login via self serve” option in the community login page.

Will you please confirm the last two digits of the phone number if it is just for one that you need the Travel pass? if the last two digits  are the same for 2 or more numbers, please confirm the middle 2 digits (for example *** *12 ****)


middle two numbers are 06 - thanks
