US7PASS manual add

Hi there, I am unable to add US7PASS to my Koodo account and keep getting this message below. I see it is a known problem being worked on but would appreciate a manual add since I am heading to the US in a couple days.

What error are you getting when you try to add the pass?

 

EDIT - Al the Invalid error.  I have flagged a rep for you.

Also please make sure you are logged into the community with your self serve account

sorry - ‘message below’ = you have sent an invalid key word
