Unable to select perk


I am unable to select a perk on my new plan. Very frustrating because it keeps saying come back in 1-hr, I would like to have Unlimited Long Distance Pack. 

This seems to be a common issue - problem with website???

Hi ​@sarahsarahh, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Try clearing your browser’s cache and try again.
