Unable to change plan because pick a perk keeps failing

I see that I have the option to change my plan to $60 with 5G and 60GB, but it always breaks when I have to select a perk. The perk that I am trying to get is Rollover data with that plan.

No, even without selecting the perk it gives the same error

I've tried to change using my phone through data, wifi. Tried to use different browsers and computers. Same error always.  

“It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.”

As I mentioned, I am trying to get the $60 with 5G and 60GB plan and the Rollover data perk
