unable to add perks

I'm unable to add 3 days international roaming to my perks. It says an email was sent with confirmation but nothing and if I return 3 days international roaming is not selected.

Hi there,

This has been a common issue as of late. I’ll flag a rep on here to see if they can apply the perk on their end and if not, to reach out to the appropriate team to have it added.

Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can give it a try. They will respond here as I have. Note that response times can vary. 🙂

This sounds like a provisioning glitch; where the perk shows as added in your email but doesn't actually stick in Self Serve. Here's what to try:

First, restart your phone after making the change in Self Serve. Sometimes the system just needs a moment to sync.
If that doesn't work, wait about an hour and then try adding the perk again. There's a known issue where Self Serve throws a "try again in an hour" error, but it can stick around longer than that. If the same error shows up after waiting, head to koodo.com/chat and have a rep check the backend; occasionally perks fail to provision on their end even when you do everything right.

Quick check: when you go back into Self Serve, does the 3-day international roaming perk show as selected, or does it appear unselected? And are you seeing any error messages when you try to add it, or does it just silently disappear?

Hello ​@Zora11  We verified and we are experiencing the same thing. We were able to forward a Perk request form in order for the $0 3 Day Easy Roam International to be added as the included perk for your plan. It usually takes 24-72 hours to update.
