unable to add perks

Hello,

 

I have been unable to update our plan perks despite trying multiple browsers and devices. We are trying to switch to premium voicemail for my plan and my husband's.

Hi there ​@Hmtoday We can assist with that from our side. We will have to forward a request form in order for the perk to be switched. It usually takes 24 hours to update. We can see that one of the numbers currently has a Rollover data perk. Removing that will also remove the current data that was rolled over from the past cycle. This cannot be reversed. 

If you are ok with that, we can forward the request for the Premium Voice mail perk to be added on each of the 2 lines. Let us know here.

Can’t add perks in Self Serve? Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log back in; this often fixes display glitches. If that doesn’t work, try a different browser or device. Let me know if you’re seeing a specific error message and I can help narrow down what’s happening.

No specific error message - it goes through the process and says the change has been made and they will send an email with confirmation. I never recieved the email (checked spam) and when I log back in the perk is not added and prompts me to select perk again. I tried on chrome, edge, my computer, my phone, cleared history, cookies and still nothing.

Yes please, remove the rollover data and add the premium voicemail perk to the two lines. Thanks!

Thank you for confirming ​@Hmtoday We have sent a request form in order for the perks to be updated to Premium Voicemail, for each of the numbers, as requested. The previous perks will be removed. You will see updates within 24 hours.
