unable to add perk

Ported number over, everything smooth so far, but adding Unlim LD perk is not successful. No error message though.

Tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, and using different browsers.

It doesn't look like request is going through, and no confirmation email of submitting request.

Anyone know the next steps to try?

This has been a common glitch with Koodo.  Let me flag a rep for you.

Just make sure you are logged into the community with your self serve account. And there is only 1 line on your account?

Affirmative. One line ported in.  Only thing left is to add the Unlim. LD. perk.
