I received an offer to upgrade my plan to  the $50/month 25GB plan with one perk.

I went through the website, but after I picked my perk (unlimited international SMS I just got the ice cream cone message and “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.”.

It said to try back in an hour, but I’ve been trying for two days.

The same thing happened the last time I changed my plan and I needed to talk to a rep on the phone to make that upgrade.

I’m hoping I could request a call back, so I can make this happen. I tried going through the digital rep, but it just kept going in circles.

It might be a bug in their system. I recommend you proceed with changing your plan. after changing, you can try to add a perk in selfserve again. If that doesn't work, you can come back here, someone will flag a rep to add a perk for you.
