trying to add EU30PASS and getting an invalid messGe

Hi there!

been trying to add the 30 day European Easy Roam Travel Pass for $60, as I am in Europe all month, and have been getting an error “invalid” message every time I try to add it through texting to 7626. 
 
I see other people are having this problem as well! Can I add that EU30PASS please? I do not want to be charged by the day!

 

any help would be appreciated!

You’re correct, this has been a common issue over the last few days. You can either have a rep through Koodo’s expert messaging via Koodo assist add the pass for you or I can flag a rep on this platform to see if they can add the pass.

Note if you would prefer this platform the response times can vary. If you choose to use the expert messaging, you can use the link below. They’re open from 9am to 9pm local time Mon-Fri.
