Troubles with changing my plan

Unfortunately I’m still getting the same  high data volume offer.  I’m just trying to switch my current $60 plan to the any plan with lower data volume. If you’re able to help me out at all, I’d really appreciate it, thank you!

All the Telcos make it difficult at best to downgrade a plan.  You could try talking to Koodo through Facebook and see what they will offer.

I would wait until Black Friday offers to see what is available for less expensive plans

You might want to try logging into your Koodo Self Serve account online and checking the “Change my plan” section, as that’s usually where all available plans for your account are listed. Sometimes, the system only shows certain offers based on your account type or eligibility, so if you’re only seeing high data plans, it could be because lower data options aren’t currently offered for your profile or location.

To add, if you’re currently paying a device tab the plans that are available to you is a lot more limited. Usually they won’t offer a plan for you to change to below $50 or so even during promotional periods.

 Once paid off and you’re on a bring your own device plan for a few months or during promotional periods (black friday and christmas) you will see cheaper and lower data plans start to populate in self serve.
