trouble with perks

Changed plan on 2 numbers changed perk on 1 but can't change on the second number. Was also told that the second line should be 5 dollars a month cheeper.

Hi ​@TrevorL, we can assist with the perk here. Did you want the 5G speed boost perk on the second line as well?

Also, in regards to the plan cost, we’re seeing the same plan on both lines so they will be the same cost per month. Was this an offer made in store when you renewed?
