Trouble getting travel pass to Asia

I’m trying to add the ASIA14 travel pass and get “you have sent an invalid key word” as the response from Koodo.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I do not have any EasyRoam perks added on my plan and I have a monthly plan.

Hi ​@Kathmill, our team is still working on this, no ETA yet. In the meantime, if it’s urgent, we can manually add the pass for you. 

If you’d like that,  please reply here with which pass you’d like us to add to your line and confirm that you would like it to be added immediately, thank you!

There seems to be a technical issue with the system. I have already flagged a rep to get back to you once there are any further updates.

Thanks ​@MilkyWay and ​@Georgia Koodo ! I don’t need the pass until mid-February. Hopefully it’s fixed by then.
