I am travelling to the US for 14 days. How can I get Easy Roam for 14 days. I know there is a special package for $40 (regular price is $55) for 7 days if I text US7PASS to 7626 but is there a 14-day one?

There isn’t currently a 14-day travel pass for US, however, you should be able to add another 7-day pass once the first expires or is used up. If you are unable to add it in self serve, let us know here and we can look into it.
When I arrive to the US, I have to turn on ROAM first, then text US7PASS to the number 7626, correct? Then after the 7 days are expired, then I do it again? And just to clarify, it starts from 00:01 just past midnight until 23:59 to count as 1 day? Or if I start it at 8pm, does it go until 8pm the next day?
No. Send the text to activate the Travel pass when you are in Canada. It will only charge you and start counting the days once you use talk, data, or send a text while connected to a US carrier.
On the last day of the trave pass, you can send the text again to activate the next 7 days.
A day ends at 11:59PM.
So if you land in the US at 10PM and use your phone, then you really are using roaming for the day which is just 2 hours.
