Hi, I have Koodo plan with tab balance left. My daughter has plan with another carrier. Recently I found her phone usage is much higher (we have to pay a lot of extra) while my usage is quite low. So I would like to transfer my current plan (and tab balance) to her. The most important is to have her existing number to use my Koodo plan. And I port my number out.
Could someone please advise how to process above requests?

That's not possible.
She can port in and take over the plan but then you will lose your number.
Or you can port your number out but then you will lose your plan.
What plan is this? How key is taking over the tab? And what plan are you porting out to?
Thank you! my current plan is $50 for 12GB. That will be enough date for my daughter. For me will WFH for a while so as long as I can keep my number any low cost plan will be fine.
If nothing else, there is 55 for 10gb. You could also request that you get the same plan for your daughter to port in. No guarantees but it's worth a shot.
It believe it will be easier for your daughter to port to Koodo. Some location have $45/15 GB plans ($5 OFF for 12 months, $10 OFF for 2 years. Plan will increase to original price of $60/15 GB in 2 years).
Another option is the $40/10 GB (same principle, will go to $55 in 2 years).
