Texting 7626 for a Europe Travel Pass not working?

When I text EU14PASS to 7626 it tells me that I “have sent an invalid key word”.

I’m noticing other people are having the same issue with other travel passes, what’s going on?! I’m leaving for a trip tonight and need to add the pass now! I can’t even seem to find a proper customer service number to try and get the pass added to my account manually.

Hi there,

Yes, based on your post and others there seems to be an issue with adding the pass atm. I’ll flag your post as well to get the reps attention. Hopefully they can shed some light on the issue.

I am having the exact same issue! Any help would be appreciated!

 

I try to text “EU30PASS” and it says not valid. 
i am in Europe for 30 days and don’t wanna pay $18 a day!!

Ok ​@cxia, please log out of the Community and log back in, using your Self Serve account credentials. We will gladly add it for you but we cannot access your account without authentication.
