switching from monthly to prepaid

So yes you can, however the easiest way would be to head to your closest koodo kiosk or telus store and have them switch it for you. This is because you will require a new sim card for the prepaid service anyway which you can get from the store in addition to having to port your number etc. It would be much easier to do it there in this case. 🙂👍

You can do it by yourself online if you choose, but you would still need to go and get the sim and then go through the process of transferring your services by yourself. They can also do any troubleshooting for you and it's no extra cost.

Just be mindful that like any service, there are downsides to switching from postpaid to prepaid, so just make sure to do your research before switching in case you lose any specific features that are important to you.
