Hi there,
Yes you can, however Netflix will bill you for the extra member separately.
They'll stay on your account, but Netflix will keep charging you for them directly as opposed to it being charged by Koodo with Stream+. More on this can be found in the link below under FAQ.

Ok I already f go ace Netflix so would I call and cancel Netflix as I pay for extra member also but email is the same so how could I do this
It would be best to follow up with Netflix directly and see if they can return the unused portion. From what I know, they do not offer any refunds, so you will be able to use the service until the end of the billing cycle. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/407
