I requested stream+ on October 28th and received the activation email, which I activated the account. I am not able to activate the individual streaming services as it is not showing up on my account. Can you please check what is going on? Thank you!

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are asking me to do. I log into my Koodo account and when I click on self serve - mobile services, stream+ does not appear.


I read on a few other stream+ community questions that a new activation email needed to be sent out due to issues with the backend system. Is it possible to resend the activation email?


@sas1986 Stream+ is currently not on your account. I do see you talked to a rep and for some reason they encountered challenges adding it to your account.  It was subsequently removed.  No worries though, pls log into your account and add Stream+ via the manage plan and add-on section:

Once there you should see this available:

Simply add it and the activation email will be sent shortly after. I hope this helps!
