Stream+ Checkout problems

I am stuck at the “Contact Details” portion of checkout for adding Stream+. I have tried on my phone, ipad and laptop to no avail. The “Continue” button doesn’t seem to be doing anything and I can’t move on to the payment details portion of the checkout process.

@djones007 Have you tried retaking the process in incognito mode on your browser?

Is the continue button greyed out?

Can you post a screenshot of the issue?  Make sure to black out any personal info

 It is black and indicates that I am clicking on it but nothing happens.
