Stream+ Bundle

Hi,

I have Stream+ on my account for over a year, which has always included Apple TV+. 

 

I recently was asked to log into Apple TV+ again, and when I did, my account no longer had paid access and I was being offered a free trial.

 

I checked my Koodo account and mobile services, and Stream+ is still listed and Apple TV+ is still listed under that package, and the package cost has not changed from the original amount.

 

Can someone explain what is going on?

For the Older stream+ are you able to view it under the Subscription screen?

Yes, under self serve->mobile services->my subscriptions->stream+

It lists the streaming services included:

Apple TV+

Discovery+

Netflix

Telus Films & series (this seems to be new.  I don’t recall seeing it before).

 

They all have a “watch” button beside them, as opposed to an “activate” button.  _Pressing “watch” beside Apple TV+ just takes me to the Apple TV+ webpage with no paid content available.

What happens if you click watch?

Is this happening with Netflix and Discovery+ as well?

No.  Both Netflix and Discovery+ are working as expected.

In that case I would contact Apple TV to see what is happening with your account.
