I'm interested in the Stream+ add-on but wondering what happens if you have existing credits on your Netflix account (for example, from a Netflix gift card).

Most likely, the billing is switched over to Koodo / Stream+ so your credits remain attached to your Netflix account, and will kick back in if you leave Stream+. But I would like confirmation of what happens. It would be nice if the “Learn more...” page for Stream+ explicitly covered this situation.

What happens to my Netflix gift card or promotional balance when I link my account to this package?
Once you link your account to this package, your gift balance will be held on your Netflix account for future use. If you decide to cancel your package, we will continue to bill your gift card or promotional balance.”
