Question

Stream+ Amazon link not a functioning page

I just purchased Stream+ today March 24, 2026. Netflix and Disney+ linked with no issues.

The Amazon link, however, after entering your prime account email, redirects to a page that says:

“Looking for Something?
We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page.”

Please update the link for the Amazon portion :)

Thanks!

Are you clicking the activation link from self serve or the activation email?

Hi @GenericUsername, if possible, we’d recommend trying in an incognito/private window or with a different browser or device. If you’re using a VPN service, please turn it off and test again.

Are you clicking the activation link from self serve or the activation email?

On mobile:

“Action required” email  >  “activate now  >  redirect to koodo subscriptions  >  Stream+ Premium  >  “activate”  >  pop up window with account linking options  >  amazon prime “activate”  > redirect to amazon login  >  log in  >  error message

“Looking for Something?
We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page.”

On desktop:

“Action required” email  >  “activate now” button  >  redirect to koodo subscriptions  >  Stream+ Premium  >  “activate” button  >  pop up window with account linking options  >  amazon prime “activate”  > redirect to amazon login  >  log in  >  error message

“You already have an active Prime membership on this account.
Existing Prime members are ineligible for this offer.”
(this really defeats the point of linking accounts though, doesn’t it)

  • same results in firefox and chrome, both regular browsing and incognito
  • no VPN active on either device
  • tried on both wifi and data

From your description, using a desktop will help to activate the Amazon but the issue is from existing prime membership. Are you paying a yearly or monthly subscription with Amazon?

This is why when I signed up I made sure my Netflix and amazon memberships were canceked first.

I suggest canceling contacting Amazon to cancel your prime first

And while that makes sense, it also kinda defeats the point of them boldly stating you can “easily” merge existing subscriptions, doesn’t it?

You can try to contact Amazon and ask them. Koodo FAQ page said you could switch seamlessly https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/amazon-prime?

You can, but there are the occasional issues. This issue though uncommon is not entirely unheard of. Unfortunately you drew the short end of the stick in this case.
