Hello, 

 

I have stream + and can not activate it. When I go to the mobile services tab in self-service  then scroll down to stream + where I would activate my accounts it states ‘ this serve is unavailable’ so I am unable to use it. 

What should I do?

We have removed and re-added the Stream+ feature to your services, please follow the steps here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/stream-plus?search_api_views_article_search_fulltext=stream+&INTCMP=KM_StreamPlusLanding_help_howTo_July2022 and let us know if you are able to activate the streaming services.
