I transferred my service to Koodo and purchased the Stream+ service yesterday from a Koodo kiosk. The salesperson told me I’d get an email for activation but haven’t yet received it. I already have Netflix so I don’t want to be double billed. When I go into my account I see the add-on but I don’t see a way of activating it. I’m billed for my Netflix at the beginning of the month so would like to get this sorted in the next day or two.

Am I being impatient or should I have received the email already?

Do you see this at the top of the page when you login?

There should also be another section if you click on “Manage Plan and Add-ons” that says “My Subscriptions” where you can go and activate each one as well.


No I did not. We went back to the kiosk and she called customer service who fixed the issue. We are now activated!
