I am interested in changing over to Koodo, and would like to move my two exisitng numbers.  However, when I add the BYOD item to my cart, I do not have the option of adding two of them.  Does anyone know how this is possible?  

I.e., I’d like to have two lines for $39 each, both with 10GB.

Koodo limits new lines to just one to avoid fraud. You should be able to add a second line shortly after the first one is successfully activated - though I couldn't tell you how soon unfortunately.

You can add it in-store to get it done right away. However, you will need to wait 45 days before you can add a line on your Self-Serve portal. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/add-a-line
