Signed up for a plan, got an order number but no order confirmation

I signed my daughter up for a plan yesterday, and she got a welcome email and an order number. We waited for email with the agreement and further information but it never came. 

I tried to use the Koodo chat but it didn’t understand the questions I was asking. I looked for similar issues in the community but found none. 

If anyone can help that would be great. I have the order # but no follow up email.

It could be delayed a little. The order often takes a bit of time to process for everything. Worst case scenario, you will see it once you’re registered for the self-serve account and it’ll also be available to download from there.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I signed myself and my wife up and we both got setup within the hour. I couldn’t get into Self-Serve until I got the order confirmation via email.

Is there a way to find out if there was an issue with my order?

You should wait for at least a day or two. If you still do not get an update, you can reach out to the Koodo Web Store by sending an email to koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com and include your order number.
