If you upgraded your device with the rep over the phone then you can usually expect the device within approximately 5 to 10 business days. This can vary due to weekends, holidays, and the courier. 🙂

+4To add to Oliver, If the order number starting with HFO you can check it the status of it here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/commerce/order-status? Not sure if they update the tracker to track order stating with ES or not. However, you can try.
