I’m on a minimalist plan of 3 GB data/month at $35/month. Looking at adding a line and a phone to the account. The plans I can choose include for instance 60 GB/month. Will this be shared data for both phones or each phone or what?

No, Koodo data is non-shareable. Each line in the same account have its own data bucket.

Ok thanks for that. Would the new plan at $65/month to add a line be in addition to the $35/month I am already paying? It isn’t clear in the self help pages. I would hate to sign up for the plan only to find I now have to pay $35+65.

If you "add a line", there will be an additional line. The total should be $35+65 and taxes
