They show different plans available in their system and different plan options under Self Serve as shown below:

Is there a way to change plan to $19 plan online?

The $19 plan might be a promotional offer that's not available to all accounts or it could be tied to specific conditions like being a new customer or switching from another carrier.

What's your current plan, and are you trying to switch to a lower price or upgrade? Also, when did you first see that $19 option - was it in an email or promotion?

It is currently listed at: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/prepaid-plans?srsltid=AfmBOorOz_iRswP3erhCVAKE3ltDLHT3DvlDEO2fBEFayC2TOUWgYxmC

My current plan is $40 per month which I don’t need currently. I just want to keep the number active so want to use the lowest value plan.

Yeah, the cheap $19 plans usually require a callback with a prepaid rep to switch to if you’re not a new customer to Koodo. It’s a known issue that they may not always show in self-serve.

As it is an advertised plan with no specified requirements, they should be able to switch it for you or advise why they can’t. Just note normally there is a $5 fee associated with the change from a rep for prepaid, but if you explain the self-serve issue, they may be reluctant to waive the fee.

Feel free to use the link below to schedule a call however it may be delayed due to the busy weekend.
