I have put my phone on seasonal hold but after a while koodo started putting charges on my account, then suspended my account, send my number to collection agency, charged me reconnecting fees...then I had to pay....this all happened while I was out of the country.

Just came back yesterday evening.

I want my amount to be refunded please asap.

 

You still have to pay while on seasonal hold.

 

Seasonal hold keeps your number held at the price of $15/month + any tab charge, certain add-ons, etc. and that would still have to be paid each month.


You mentioned that " I want my amount to be refunded please".

But it because you didn't pay the service fee, they disconnected the service and eventually went to collection.  What kind of refund you are expecting?
