I’m on the $50 8GB UL Can mins plan and the rollover data perk isn’t showing up on the perk page for me.  Do you have to be in a certain tier plan to get the perk?

Yes. Not all perks are available on all perk plans. The higher plans have more perks.

That’s a shame.  Do you know the minimum tier that would make that perk available?

Are you sure your plan is a newer plan that allowed you chose a perk? When did you change your plan recently?

On Koodo webpage, the $50 plan should have 4 perks to choose.

I recently switched plans and got a new phone.  My plan does indeed have perks to choose from, but rollover data is not listed.

Which perk did you see? The snapshot above was about add-on though - not perk. Can you post a snapshot of the "manage perk"?

Also, have you looked into changing your plan in self-serve?

Ah.  I mistook addons as perks.  It appears that my package is not eligible for a perk judging by the screen shot.

@Kevan B The plan you have right now (since 2021) is not a Pick-Your-Perk plan. That is why you don’t perks available for it.

I see.  Thanks for clarifying.
