Not at the moment. There is a travel pass for the USA however there currently is not any for the countries in South America.
If you were to use Easy Roam in South America it will be charged the international Easy Roam cost of $18 per day. For the USA pass, you can check the link below on the cost, which locations are included, and its limitations. Atm it seems to be $40. 🙂
