We have reviewed the details and we see there was usage for voicemail the days when the charges were triggered.

Any usage made in roaming, except for incoming text messages, triggers the roaming charges.

When you download your detailed PDF ebill do you see the day and time voicemail was called that triggered easy roam?

​@YuriiV you can check the usage in your online account as well as on your bill. The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
