Remove Latin America Easy Roam 7 Day Pass in self serve.

I mistakenly added Latin America Easy Roam 7 Day Pass in self serve.

I tried to remove / cancel it in self serve, but I got this pop-up:

I followed the link to Kood Asist where I was told by the bot to remove easy roam, but I don’t want to remove easy roam. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get a call back for assistance, no luck.

How do I remove the add on if I can’t do it myself in self serve and I can’t get in touch with a Koodo rep ?

    We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the Latin America travel pass for you, It should no longer be listed under your active add-ons.

    Happy to help!

    We have looked into the pending usage and we don’t see a charge for it.

    Normally, the charge would trigger only when you start using the service in one of the included destinations. 

    In case you see any charge for it once the bill is issued, please let us know.
