I am in Mexico and I need to receive calls on my Canadian number. What do I need to make this happen?

If you are a postpaid customer, you have to enable roaming in selfserve. You can follow this https://www.koodomobile.com/easyroam

    @Popeyes Looks like you were able to add international Easy Roam to your line.  It seems you also removed US roaming though. Remember Easy Roam is a free feature to access, you only pay for it when used. So technically you can just leave it on your account at all times.
