Is this in your self-serve usage details that you’re seeing 100mb?

Yes, showing 20.1 GB

Out of curiosity did your usage go over 100mb since and it warned you that you've run out? If not, I could still flag a rep if you like. If yes, I can do so to see what's going on.

If possible, can you post a snapshot of the text when you bought the $25 1Gb of data? (hide/delete all personal information before posting please)

There was no text, no email, nothing, except the data shows 20.1GB...and now it is all used up.

I am confused, you mentioned you bought 1gb extra? How did you get that one? Was it an add-on in self-serve? Also in the data usage in self-serve, did it show 2 separate data bucket of 20gb and 100mb?

My son ran out of data, so I logged in and was offered $25 for 1GB, $17 for 500MB or $13 for 100MB.  I selected the 1GB option.  In Self-Serve, it shows 20.1GB as a single data bucket.

That was weird, normally you could do it by a text. Can you recheck your number also to make sure you didn't top-up the incorrect number?

Anyway, I will flag a rep here.

Thank you - checked again...did not top up an incorrect number...for reference, the number in question ends in 8702

Hi there @achu We have looked into your account, and the number in question is not authorized to do tup ups that is why they received the SMS letting them know that they need to contact and ask the account holder.

It seems that you only unlocked that number to use the PPU 100mb/13$ once.. It's possible that you made a mistake as no top-ups were purchased. If you want to add the 1GB for $25, you can try again, take a screenshot if you are having issues.. Once added let us know and we can see to make adjustments.

You should disable cellular data on that phone. The messages above saying you made a consent to use the pay per use rate till the end of the billing cycle
