promotional plan not showing up properly in my account

Signed up for the $23.75 plan a few weeks back and my account shows my plan as $45 a month. My dad signed up as well and same thing is happening. Does this adjust end of the month? Anyone else facing this issue? Really don’t remember doing anything incorrectly.

If it’s the promo I’m thinking of, it was a $45 plan, that came with a $10 discount if you setup auto pay with a bank account, along with another $11.25 credit for 24 months. Both credits should appear on your bill once it’s generated as long as you’ve setup autopay, but the plan is technically a $45 plan at its core which is why you see it as such.
